Rebates on cooling unit tune up and ground source heat pumps
In addition, Federated offers a $25 cooling tune-up rebate. This is available for central air or air source heat pumps that are five years old or older and have not had a tune up done in the last two years. The contractor must complete the tune-up checklist on the rebate form. Either the contractor or customer mails Federated the completed rebate form, along with a receipt. The member receives a $25 credit on their electric bill and pays the contractor for the tune up. Download this form: 2008 central air/air source heat pump tune-up rebate form.
Federated offers a $200/ton rebate on ground source heat pumps; it is not necessary to use a Quality Install contractor for ground source heat pumps. Call or e-mail Federated to request this form.
